What this service involves
Persistent pain is rarely solved by one modality alone. The practitioner assesses movement, strength and daily habits, then combines hands-on therapy, electrotherapy such as TENS or interferential therapy where appropriate, and graded exercise.
You are also told clearly which activities to keep doing, which to modify for now, and when to see a doctor about the pain.
